Twice-Baked Cheese Soufflé

A starter so good, we bake it twice! Our iconic twice-baked cheese soufflé is an iconic Heartwood dish – light, airy, and so utterly delicious. This golden baked delight is oozing with velvety Coastal Cheddar sauce crafted from award-winning Coastal cheddar matured at the Ford Farm Dairy located on the world heritage Jurassic Coast in the salty sea air. With its rich, tangy depth (aged to perfection for up to 15 months), it’s no wonder our chefs whip up hundreds of thousands of these every year. Pistachio Soufflé

Sweet, nutty, and delightfully fluffy – our pistachio soufflé is a masterfully baked treat. Light as a cloud with a hint of almond flavour, it’s served with a generous scoop of Jude’s indulgent chocolate ice cream. The rich taste alongside the sweet icy treat, makes for a melt-in-the-mouth masterpiece. Jude’s is a proud B Corp, meaning this dessert doesn’t just taste good – it does good too.
